Professional Profile
I currently work at the Institute of Cognitive Sciences and Technologies (ISTC) of the National Research Council of Italy (CNR) as a Technologist, conducting research in the field of the Semantic Web, with a particular interest in Ontology designm, Linked Data, and Knowledge Graphs.
From 2021 to 2023, I collaborated with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of the University of Bologna as a Research Fellow, working on a research project focused on cognitive rehabilitation for people with multiple sclerosis.
Education
- PhD in Computer Science, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Bologna.
- MSc in Computer Science, awarded on 23 October 2003, with a specialization in Distributed Systems. Master's thesis in Software Engineering entitled “Analysis and Design of a Web Application for a University Website”.
- Degree in Social Work, awarded on 17 December 2008, Faculty of Political Sciences. Thesis on the internship carried out at the Social Emergency Service in Via del Lavoro, Bologna.
- Teaching qualification for the Italian A042 – Computer Science teaching class, obtained in July 2013.
