Assistant Professor at the Department of Biomedical and Neuromotor Sciences of the University of Bologna since 2021. Post-Doc associate and lecturer of Training Theory and Metodology at the University of Bologna from 2017 to 2021. His research interest is mainly focused on resistance training acute and cronic effects, including training periodization and workloads dinstribution. The researcher is involved in research projects at national and international level and has published more than 40 papers in international peer-review scientific journals (more than 25 as first author).
