Curriculum vitae

Training

Currently, a Post-Doc researcher at the STM-ARCES joint lab since Feb 2023. Winner of two consecutive research grants from STMicroelectronics for advancing research initiated during her PhD.

In Jun 2023, she obtained her doctoral degree in Electronic engineering, telecommunication and Information Technology from University of Bologna (Cesena campus), Italy with the thesis entitled: 'Design and characterization of wideband Hall current sensors in BCD technology for smart power and metering applications'.

Supervisor: Prof. Marco Crescentini, co-supervisor: Prof Aldo Romani.

Her Master of Technology degree (with distinction) in Digital Systems and Computer Electronics and Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering were obtained from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India in Dec 2011 and Apr 2009 respectively.

Scientific activity

Involved with the PROGRESSUS - ECSEL European Project, 2020. Research member of the STMicroelectronics - Unibo joint research lab for the design and metrological characterization of sensors and measurement systems with precise measurements, high acquisition bandwidth, low power consumption and optimization of trade-offs with special attention to noise performance suitable for applications in power converters, smart grids and other various next generation energy supply infrastructures. The activities also include analysis through electronic device simulations, microelectronic circuit design using CMOS and BCD technology, silicon IC design and layout/ASIC design.
