Samuele Paolangeli earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Sciences and his Master’s degree in Physical Chemistry cum laude, from the University of Rome “La Sapienza.” His Master’s thesis was entitled “Lanthanide-Based Metal–Organic Frameworks for Photonic Upconversion”. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. funded by the "Toso Montanari" Foundation, focusing on the study of “Structural and Spectroscopic Properties of 2D/3D Organic–Inorganic Materials for Energy and Optoelectronics: Hybrid Perovskites and Related Systems,” under the supervision of Prof. Tommaso Salzillo.
