I am a researcher in the fields of Astrophysics and Cosmology who is interested in understanding the cosmic structure formation, and evolution and origin of large-scale magnetic fields. My research interests also include gravitational waves, reionisation and probes of the large-scale structure. Currently, I am trying to understand evolution and observational signatures of primordial magnetic fields -- fields that have been hypothesised for explaning the magnetisation of the Universe on large scales (galaxy, galaxy-clusters, filaments and voids' scales). I use Enzo magnetohydrodynamical cosmological simulations to study how primordial fields (coming from very early times of the Universe, e.g., from inflation or phase transitions) evolve in dense or low-density regions of the cosmic web. I try to understand which observational probes can help us best to indirectly detect primordial fields. I also try to simulate magnetised jets from AGN in cosmological simulations, in order to understand whether they can also efficiently magnetise low-density regions of the Universe.
