Sabrina Valente

Associate Professor at the Department of Medical and Surgical Sciences - DIMEC,  University of Bologna. Her research activity is in the field of non-tumoral nephrological and vascular diseases using techniques of light, electronic and super-resolution microscopy. Further research interest is on the biology of mesenchymal stem cells isolated from the human vascular wall and their stem properties, differentiative potential and immunomodulatory capacity; additional competencies in micro and nanostructured cell / biopolymer interactions, and regenerative medicine.
