He earned a Master’s Degree in Advanced Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Product Design from the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, where he focused on research methodologies for design, human–machine interaction, and user well-being.
He is currently a PhD candidate in Architecture and Design Cultures. His research explores design for uncertainty, investigating tools and methods that integrate human error and foster resilience in complex contexts, with a particular focus on extreme design and human-centered approaches.
He collaborates with the University of Bologna on research and experimental activities in product and interaction design, focusing on adaptive environments and support systems for life in extreme conditions.
