Lawyer, mediator, and trainer in Negotiation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She began her career at the Baker & McKenzie law firm (with offices in Rome and London). She later became a professional negotiator, mediator, and trainer at ADR Center S.r.l.. For over 10 years, she has been adjunct professor in negotiation and human interaction. With over 15 years of experience in the field of alternative dispute resolution, she has participated as a mediator in numerous complex domestic and international commercial and civil mediation sessions, both in Italy and the United States.
