Born in Modica (RG), Italy, on 8 September 1974. Registered Nurse since 1993.
Appointed as Nurse Manager and Lecturer in Nursing Sciences in 2002. He obtained a Master’s Degree (Laurea Magistrale) in Nursing and Midwifery Sciences in 2009 and a second-level Master’s in Executive Functions and Healthcare Services Management in 2021.
He currently serves as Healthcare Professions Manager (Dirigente delle Professioni Sanitarie) – Knowledge and Digital Innovation Area, within the inter-company DATeRP between the Local Health Authority (AUSL) of Ferrara and the Ferrara University Hospital.
His main research and professional interests include innovative models of care, professional development, and digital health.
