Paride Carrara obtained his PhD in Political and Social Sciences at the University of Bologna in 2025 with a thesis titled "The Determinants and Consequences of Ideological Ambiguity: Strategies, Electoral Impact, and Coalition Formation."
He is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of Milan and a Teaching Tutor for Political Behaviour and Institutions at the University of Bologna. His research focuses on ideological ambiguity, intra-party politics, voter behaviour, and text analysis.
