Short Bio

Paolo Figini is Associate Professor of Economic Policy at the Department of Economics, University of Bologna (Italy), where he has been teaching since 2000. He holds a PhD in Economics from Trinity College, Dublin (Ireland), and he mainly works on the economics of tourism, collaborating to several research projects at CAST – Centre for Advanced Studies in Tourism, at Rimini Campus of the University of Bologna. In the free time he loves hiking.
