I apply my sociological background (specialized in health and inequalities) to the topics of business sciences.

I am currently a research fellow at the Department of Management (DISA), Contract Professor in Sociology and Teaching Assistant in Methodology and Techniques of Social Research at the University of Bologna.

The current research project aims to develop a set of indicators to measure the performance of social services. Previously, I developed a two-year research on the determinants of Public Value in Knowledge-Intensive Organizations that provide healthcare, such as Scientific Institutes for Research, Hospitalisation and Healthcare (IRCCS). Before that, I conducted a research on the Public Value created by public universities.

In 2023, I coordinated the first Gender Report for public health organizations in Bologna.

My research interests focus, in particular, on Public Value, gender inequalities and Knowledge-Intensive Organizations.
