Nicolò Speciale received the Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering
and Computer Science from the University of Bologna, Italy, working
on the modelling of bipolar and MOS device for Smart Power
applications. He is Associate Professor at the
University of Bologna. His current research interests include
advanced bipolar and MOS compact models, analysis of
electromagnetic interferences (EMI) on analog integrated circuits,
and wavelets and multirate signal processing.
