Curriculum vitae


He graduated from high school (classical address), summa cum laude, at Liceo Ginnasio Statale Giuseppe CEVOLANI, in Cento, on July 7th 2010 (2009/10 school year).

He obtained a Degree on Law, summa cum laude, at Ferrara University, on March 21st 2016 (2014-15 academic year, extraordinary session), discussing a thesis on minor's capacity of act (supervisor, Prof. Giovanni DE CRISTOFARO, first co-rapporteur, Prof. Giovanni CAZZETTA, second co-supervisor, Prof. Marcello FARNETI).

He obteined a PhD in Legal Studies (Scientific Disciplinary Sector: IUS / 01 – Private Law), summa cum laude, in Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, a.a. 2017-2018 (XXXIII cycle), on May 28th 2021, defending a thesis in the field of product liability on «Three Regimes of the Vaccine Product. Prevention, Compensation and Indemnification» (drafted under the guidance of Prof. Enrico AL MUREDEN).

Upon the same topic he spoke at the XXXIII Coordination Meeting of Ph.DD. Courses on Private Law, held in Bayreuth between 8th and 9th June 2019.



On July 20, 2016 he was appointed expert of civil law by the Department Council of Law, Ferrara University.  He therefore started a profitable participation in the activities promoted by the Chairs of Institutions of Private Law, Civil Law I, Civil Law II.  Such assistance consisted of supporting the examining committees and preparing seminar lessons.

From the academic year 2017/2018, following the admission to the Doctoral Course in Bologna, he started a new collaboration there with the Chairs belonging to the Private Law scientific sector.

During the academy year 2019/2020 he has been appointed Teaching Tutor within the Chair of Private Law held by Prof. M.N. BUGETTI, in Milan University «Statale».



He gave a report, as a speaker, at two editions of "Il forum della filosofia", a competition organized by Liceo Classico E. TORRICELLI in Faenza, in collaboration with the Italian Philosophical Society (SFI), Liceo Classico Melchiorre GIOIA in Piacenza and Liceo Arcangelo SCACCHI in Bari: 2007/2008 and 2008/2009, reaching, in the second edition, the final selection.  As the best student of the whole High School Giuseppe CEVOLANI, he won the scholarship named after Sandra GIROTTI TADDIA (18 May 2010).

He took part in the editorial committee of the Commentario breve al Codice civile - Complemento giurisprudenziale, a cura di Giorgio CIAN, CEDAM, edd. 2016, 2019.

He took part in the organization for the Annual Conference and the General Assembly of the European Law Institute (ELI), held between 7 and 9 September 2016 at the University of Ferrara.
