Curriculum vitae

Education

Graduated in Chemistry in 2016 at the Department of Chemical and Geological Sciences of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (DSCG - UNIMORE), where he also obtained his Master's degree cum laude in Chemical Sciences in 2019. He completed his Ph.D. in Models and Methods for Material and Environmental Sciences in 2024.

Teaching Activities

In 2022 - Support for the Laboratory of the Advanced Organic Chemistry course, supervised by Dr. Roncaglia Fabrizio and Dr. Tassinari Francesco.

In 2020 and 2021 - Support for the Laboratory of the Advanced Organic Chemistry course, supervised by Prof. Ghelfi Franco.

Scientific Activities

From 2024 to 2025, he participates as a research fellow in the project "ALICE - light-Activated high-performance actuators by electrospinning of reversibly crosslinked LIquid CrystallinE networks" funded by PRIN 2022, at the Department of Chemistry "Giacomo Ciamician" of the University of Bologna, supervised by Prof. Gualandi Chiara.

From 2021 to 2022, he participated as a Ph.D. student in the research project "Development, synthesis, and post-functionalization of telechelic\functionalized oligomers and polymers" funded by ENI "Versalis" (nr. 4420857857), at DSCG - UNIMORE, supervised by Prof. Parenti Francesca.

Institutional Activities and Academic Roles

From 2020 to 2022 - Representative of Ph.D. students at DSCG - UNIMORE.

From 2018 to 2019 - Student representative in the joint commission of teachers and students of DSCG - UNIMORE.

Awards and Recognitions

2022 - Co-supervisor of the Master's thesis of Dr. Scurani Giulia, who received the "Giorgio Squinzi" award from Federchimica for the same.

2021 - Co-supervisor of the Master's thesis of Dr. Piccinini Sofia, who received the "Giorgio Squinzi" award from Federchimica for the same.

2020 - "Francesco Reggiani" Memorial Study Award from Abitcoop.
