As a research fellow at DiMeVet, I worked on metagenomic data analysis using advanced pipelines based on Snakemake, with the goal of studying the ruminal microbiota of dairy cows.
In parallel, at the Department of Physics and Astronomy (DiFA), I focused on the analysis of social data, with particular attention to network data collected from Twitter.
Currently, as a PhD student, I am working in the field of complex systems, specifically applying these approaches to traffic analysis.
