Since 2008 she has been involved in research on female gynecological tumors (ovary, uterus, vagina and vulva), in particular the association of chemotherapy with surgery (HIPEC and PIPAC) and the use of electrochemotherapy in vulvar tumors.
It also deals with the research of new biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of gynecological tumors and rare gynecological diseases in particular the studies are aimed at a better classification of the stages of gyncological tumors and the study of chemosensitivity using miRNa, liquid biopsy in general, artificial intelligence and nanotechnology.
She is the author of numerous research protocols and winner of ministerial and local calls.
She is the author of numerous international publications in peer reviewed books and journals.
