I'm a fourth-year Ph.D. candidate in Entrepreneurship at the University of Bologna and a visiting researcher at HEC Montréal. Passionate about how people make decisions, I believe everything begins with the individual. I strive to translate this passion into my research on how entrepreneurs choose co-founders to form startup teams—and the consequences of these decisions on their entrepreneurial journeys.
My work has received international recognition, including a top-five nomination for the Academy of Management PhD Student Best Paper Award in Entrepreneurial Cognition for two consecutive years (2024 and 2025). My research was also featured in Babson’s Research Translation Showcase for its practical insights into entrepreneurial team formation.
I occasionally lecture at the graduate level and draw on a strong background in entrepreneurship and international management
Outside academia, I enjoy mountain, landscapes, and hiking.
