Education and Qualifications
She obtained a BA (Hons) in Leisure Management in 2000 and an MSc in Economic and Tourism Management in 2002, both in the United Kingdom. In 2011, she gained the CELTA qualification in teaching English to adults.
Academic Career
She has held contract teaching and language training positions across various departments at the University of Bologna, in engineering, medicine, psychology and education. Since 2021, she has worked as an English Language Instructor at the University Language Centre (CLA), also teaching at the Department of Modern Languages, Literatures and Cultures (LILEC) since 2024.
Teaching Activities
She teaches English language courses, prepares students for international language examinations, and assesses written and spoken language skills. Since 2016, she has been a contract professor for the English Language Workshop in the area of Psychology and Education. Her work also includes developing teaching materials and using digital tools to support language learning.
Other Professional Activities
Since 2016, she has worked as a Cambridge English examiner at British Services Bologna.
