Mattia Santoni, a research fellow, actively contributes to the Laboratory of Biochemistry and Nutrition at the University of Bologna (DiSTAL). His research primarily focuses on biochemistry and molecular biology. Currently, he holds a role as a collaborator in the INFIRE project (PRIN 2022). In this framework, he is dedicated to identifying the molecular mechanisms regulating the inhibition of ferroptosis in a pathogen that affects rice.
