I began my research journey as a student assistant at the Zuse Institute Berlin, where I explored data-driven techniques to accelerate Mixed-Integer Programming algorithms.
As a research fellow at the University of Bologna, I developed a hybrid learning-and-optimization engine for algorithm configuration under user-defined constraints.
Currently, I am designing a framework for knowledge injection and property enforcement in neural networks, with the goal of enhancing the trustworthiness, safety and fairness of state-of-the-art AI systems.
