She graduated in 2017 in "Animal Production
" at the
Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, where she also got a Master’s degree in "Safety and Quality of Animal Production" in 2019. In 2024, she earned a PhD in "Agricultural, Environmental and Food Science and Technology" (36th cycle, topic:
Animal Science). Currently, she is a research fellow at the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences at the University of Bologna. Her research focuses on poultry production and meat quality, particularly on the characterization of muscle abnormalities in broiler chickens and the study of their causative mechanisms.
