Born in Bologna on July 11st 1963.
Graduate in law at the University of Bologna on July 9th 1987,
with honors, doing a thesis on laws of civil procedure.
On 1990 he passed, after the required two years of
apprenticeship, the bar exam, getting in the written test the
highest absolute vote ( 143/150).
On 1993 he obtained the title of Phd on procedural law.
From 1998 he is a Researcher of laws of procedural law at the
Law faculty of the University of Bologna. On 2001 he obtained
confirmation on role.
He is a member of the Italian Association between the Scholars
of the Civil Trial.
He is author of numerous essays and articles, published on
Italian and foreign magazines, civil procedural law and
administrative procedural law. He has given numerous seminars and
lessons at Italian and foreign University and he has been speaker
at various conferences and study meetings. He participated at many
conventions e congress, also of worldwide significance
