Adjunct professor of Business Administration at the Department of Legal Studies, University of Bologna. He
teachs Methodologies of European Projects at the Department of Political and Social Science of the University of Bologna. Adjunct professor of Economic Evaluation of Products at the University of Ferrara.
He directed and coordinated research and studies at national and
European level on issues of communication, educational systems and
professional training, economy and development planning. He is a
member of the Scientific Board of International Journal of Open Governments, published by Imodev, Paris and he is
a journalist.
