Maria Giovanna Sessa is PhD candidate in Agricultural, Environmental and Food Science and Technology at the University of Bologna, where she currently works on field crops and agronomy (AGR/02). Her areas of expertise include industrial crops for renewable energy production, with a specific focus on Brassica carinata for biodiesel production. She is involved in H-EU project CARINA.
