Short Bio

Associate Professor (from november 2021) for the research Area 10 / D1, SSD L-ANT 02 (Greek History), at the University of Bologna. PhD in Greek History at the University of Genoa, Doctor Europaeus in Classical Antiquities at the University of Rome 'Tor Vergata', postdoctoral fellow at the Faculté de Lettres in Neuchâtel and the Kommission für Alte Geschichte und Epigraphik in München, Maître de Conférences associé al Collège de France (Chaîre d'épigraphie et histoire des cités grecques), Member of the Association des Études grecques, works about: exegesis of historical-literary sources on linguistic alterity, conjugation between political theory and use of history in Aristotle, causal relationships between political conflicts and institutional changes in Greek cities, identity and cultural strategies through processes of construction and reconstruction of the memory, role of emotions in the events, history of ideas. She works on a new edition of Hypomnemata's excerpta in the context of "Die Fragmente der Griechischen Historiker (Continued)" project, and on a new Commentary of Xenophon's Hellenica Go to the Curriculum vitae
