Maria Parente

Maria Parente is an architect and Specialist in Architectural and Landscape Heritage. In 2026, she obtained the National PhD in Heritage Science from Sapienza University of Rome. She is currently a Research Fellow at the University of Parma. Her research, within the field of architectural conservation, focuses on the interpretation and monitoring of structural damage in historic masonry buildings and on the application of Historic Building Information Modelling (HBIM) to architectural heritage.
