Curriculum vitae

1986: Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Bologna University. 1990 to 2000: technician of Zootechnics and animal nutrition Institute, Bologna University. Fromm October 2000: researcher. Actually, Confirmed Researcher at Department of Veterinary Medicine Sciences, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

Work Experience: From 1/1/1987 to 31/1/1991 Livestock Consultant with Italian companies in Beef cattle, dairy cattle, pigs and rabbits. In 1996 he was appointed by the European Commission (Directorate C - Relations with the New Independent States and Mongolia) expert Zootechnician (feeding, breeding, genetic process) and with the title of Short-term specialist was in Ukraine (January - August 1997 ) under the Pilot Project Agricultural Sector Restructuring; Since 1988 has been a member of Experts of the Court of Bologna.

Teaching: From Academic Year 2000-2001 to 2004-2005 was teacher of "Genetics" in veterinary degree course in Veterinary Biotechnology. AA 2004/2005 to 2010/2011 carries the Veterinary Genetics course and then Complementary Genetic improvement;  from AA 2012/2013 untill 2019/2020 he was teacher in veterinary degree: Course of "Zootecnia generale" and "Genetic improvement". From 2001 to 2009 he taught at the School of Specialization in Animal health and animal production of University of Sassari and University of Teramo (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine), Cattle and Thematic Seminars on Food Security. From 2005/2006, at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Teramo he is teaching the course on Beef cattle. Since the 2018/2019 academic year he has been a lecturer in the School of Specialization in Animal Health, breeding and zootechnical production.

From 2020/2021 academic year is teacher of "Nutrition and animal nutrition" in the CI "Veterinaria" in the Master's Degree course in Sciences of the health professions of prevention
