Short Bio

I completed my PhD in 2018 at the University of Pisa. Then, I have been a postdoc researcher at the University of Regensburg for three years, sponsored by the SFB 1085 "Higher Invariants". I have been Junior Assistant Professor (fixed-term) at the University of Bologna from 2022 to March 2023 and later Senior Assistant Professor (tenure-track) at the Univesity of Bologna from March 2023 to March 2026. Since March 2026 I am Associate Professor at the University of Bologna.

Research interests: Simplicial volume, bounded cohomology, geometric group theory and topology of manifolds.
