Marco Anteghini

I am a bioinformatician with a background in both academic and corporate environments. I specialize in developing advanced bioinformatics pipelines for analyzing various kinds of biomedical data, including protein sequences, genomic and nutrigenomic data, microbial data, and clinical data. With a PhD in Bioinformatics from Wageningen University and a Master's degree from the University of Bologna, my expertise spans various research areas, including deep learning-based protein sequence analysis and AI-driven decision support systems.
