Curriculum vitae

Education

In 2021, I obtained a Master's degree in School and Community Psychology.

In 2021-2022, I completed the professional internship required for the State Exam (Albo A-Psychologist) at both private and public entities in the Cesena area, which provide psychological and educational services to children and adolescents aged 3 to 18, their families, and schools.

In 2022, I obtained the qualification to practice as a Psychologist.

Academic and Scientific Activities

In February 2022, I was awarded a 5-month post-graduate training grant for the project: "Orientation Operations for Educational Success” PO Fse 2014/2020 Emilia-Romagna, Province of Modena. I was involved in designing evidence-based orientation programs aimed at promoting self-awareness and educational success for secondary school students and as a lecturer in training seminars. I was responsible for evaluating interventions and actively contributed to the coordination and monitoring of project activities.

From July 2022 to November 2023, I was a Research Fellow at the "G.M. Bertìn" Department and worked within the research group in Work Psychology and Orientation (scientific supervisor Prof. Dina Guglielmi). I collaborated with the university’s orientation services (AFORM) for the design, implementation, and evaluation of various orientation projects (DM 752/2021):

  • Guidance Service, which aims to promote academic well-being and encourage a positive academic experience for students enrolled at Unibo.
  • PCTO at Unibo, aimed at secondary school students.
  • Training programs for secondary school teachers aimed at co-constructing inclusive orientation pathways and tools.

I am currently a PhD candidate in Educational Sciences at the "G.M. Bertìn" Department (SSD M-PSI/06 - Supervisor: Prof. Dina Guglielmi and Co-supervisor: Prof. Ira Vannini). The doctoral research primarily aims to develop a new theoretical formulation of the concept of academic success, understood as a multidimensional construct. Additionally, it seeks to analyze, from a longitudinal perspective, the determining factors for promoting the well-being and academic success of university students, with particular attention to the relationship between the development of students’ career resources and their educational outcomes.
