Adjunct professor at the University of Bologna since 2024, she worked for 22 years as a project manager on European funds, at the Emilia Romagna Region and the Municipality of Bologna. She has developed skills in identifying the project needs of clients and identifying European programmes and calls for proposals that respond to those needs. She has written and managed numerous projects under different programmes and on multiple topics, including social innovation, culture, tourism, gender violence, sustainable mobility, urban agriculture.
Lecturer and trainer with more than ten years' experience, on issues related to European planning and policies, for public and private bodies, universities and professional associations. Speaker at various international conferences.
With a degree in International Political Science, she obtained a master's degree in Europlanning in 2000 and a master's degree in Management of Local Authorities, at the Bocconi School of Business Administration in 2008, with distinction.
She is in charge of the National Contact Point of the European CERV programme (Citizenship, Equality, Rights and Values)
