Manuel Fiori is an adjunct professor in charge of the LABORATORIO DI SCRITTURA (1) (LM) at the University of Bologna.
He obtained his PhD in Philosophy, Science, Cognition, and Semiotics (XXXVII cycle) at the University of Bologna in joint supervision with Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg (supervisors: Prof. Francesco Cerrato, Prof. Heiner F. Klemme). Thesis title: On the Problem of Obscure Representations in Kant's Anthropology. A Historical-Critical Survey. His research interests focus on the investigation of the problem of unconscious representations in the Enlightenment philosophy of mind, with a particular focus on Kant, and on the history of philosophical anthropology
