Malwina Anna Wojcik

Malwina Anna Wójcik is a doctoral student in the Law Science and Technology (LAST-JD) program. She completes her PhD under the supervision of Prof. Giacomo Di Federico (University of Bologna) and Prof. Mark Cole (University of Luxembourg). In her thesis, she tackles the problem of intersectional discrimination by clinical algorithms.

Malwina holds an LLB in English and European Law from Queen Mary University of London and an LLM in Legal Studies from the University of Bologna. In the academic year 2022-23 she was a fellow of the Information Society Law Center. Since 2018 she has been an editor of the University of Bologna Law Review.
