Malik Qamar Abbas

Malik Qamar Abbas was born in Skardu Pakistan in 1992. He received his Bachelor and Master degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Lahore and COMSATS University, Pakistan in 2013 and 2017 respectively. He worked as a Research assistant a COMSATS University for about two years with focus on design and implementation of Multilevel Inverter, Bi-directional Converter, Power Supply and control of power converters. Further he had worked as an Electrical Engineer and having vast experience of supervising and handling Wind Power Plant activities.

Since November 2023, he is a PhD student at "Guglielmo Marconi" Department of Electrical, Electronic and Information Engineering, University of Bologna. His research include but not limited to Electrical Drives, Motor Control and Converter designing and control. Go to the Curriculum vitae
