Marco Antonellini

Associate professor at the University of Bologna since 2014. His research concerns structural geology and coastal hydrogeology. His reserach interests include the effects that deformation in sedimentary rocks has on geofluids circulation, salt-water intrusion in coastal aquifers, and water resources management. At present his research is focused on the deformation of carbonate rocks, on the processes relating deformation and diagenesis, and salt-water intrusion in mechanically-drained coastal basins. He is involved in national and international research projects and collaborates with prestigious international institutions. He is author of many scientific publications.
