I am currently a PhD candidate in Aesthetics, enrolled in the 41st cycle of the doctoral program “Philosophy, Science, Cognition and Semiotics” (PSCS) at the Department of Philosophy of the University of Bologna. I am also a member of the I-PhD College promoted by the Collegio Superiore of the University of Bologna.
My research aims to investigate the points of contact and the contradictions implied in Walter Benjamin’s and Theodor W. Adorno’s aesthetic conceptions of music.
Alongside my academic study and research, I pursue a musical and performing career, working as a violinist in several chamber ensembles, with which I have the opportunity to perform in national and international contexts.
