Ludovico Bullini Orlandi is Associate Professor in Organization and HRM at the Department of Management (DiSA) and scientific co-director of the Master in HR & Organization at the Bologna Business School. He researches in the fields of organization theory, human resource management, and organizational behavior. Currently, the research interests are focused in particular on digital transformation and the consequences on organizations and job design. Previously he was interested in the study of digital analytics processes within organizations and the role of social media in identifying technological changes and organizing online communities.
He graduated in Business Administration from Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna in 2010. After a period of work in various companies, he obtained the Ph.D. in Economics and Management at the University of Verona in 2017. He was a visiting scholar at the School of Economics and Management of the University of Lund and at the IISM of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
