Ludovico Bullini Orlandi is an Associate Professor of Organization and HRM at the Department of Management (DiSA) and Co-Scientific Director of the Master in HR & Organization at Bologna Business School. His research focuses on organizational theory, human resource management, and organizational behavior. His current work concentrates particularly on digital transformation and its implications for organizational structures and the organization of work. Previously, he explored digital analytics processes within organizations and the role of social media in identifying technological change and shaping online communities.

He graduated in Business Management from the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in 2010. After working in various corporate settings, he earned a PhD in Economics and Management from the University of Verona in 2017. He has been a visiting scholar at the School of Economics and Management at Lund University and at the IISM of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
