Ludovica Michelin

Ludovica Michelin is a strategic consultant, facilitator, and founder of Flumi Studio and Flumi AC, a cultural ecosystem supporting international projects at the intersection of creativity, social innovation, and European cooperation. With over ten years of experience across Italy and Europe, she works with cultural institutions, public bodies, universities, foundations, and creative organizations to design strategies, build international partnerships, and develop collaborative projects with long-term impact. She has collaborated with organizations including Hangar.org, MUTEK ES, Interarts Foundation, and C2C Festival. Ludovica serves on the Executive Committee of RESET!, one of Europe's largest networks of independent cultural and creative spaces, and mentors cultural and creative professionals through international programmes.
