Lucia Serena Rossi

October 8, 2018 – October 7, 2024 Judge at the Court of Justice of the European Union, she is a full professor at the University of Bologna, where she has taught courses in Italian and English on European Union Law, International Law, and Private International Law. She has been a visiting professor at the most prestigious European universities as well as at many non-European universities. She was awarded the Jean Monnet Chair ad personam by the European Commission. She has coordinated the PhD program in European Law at the University of Bologna and founded and directed the Master's program on European funds and financing at the same university.
