Luciana Ridolfi

She graduated in Sociology and in Nursing and Midwifery Sciences (Master’s Degree) and she got her Ph.D. in Sociology of Communication and Performing Arts at the University of Urbino. From 2010 to 2019 she was an Adjunct Professor at the Polytechnic University of the Marche (Ancona) and since 2015 up to now she has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Bologna. The research interests are addressed to health sociology, in particular to a new reading (connection and coevolution) of the relationship between the macro-social dimension (the institutions, the health system, the hospital structures) and the micro-social dimension (the citizens, the patients, the individuals). She has participated in numerous national and international conferences and is the author of several publications.

For over 20 years she has worked as a nursing manager at the AUSL of Romagna (home of Rimini).
