    Responsibility: Head of Innovation Hub of Electrolux Group, at global level, with the responsibility to drive 4 global units: Open Innovation, Technology Garage, Technology Liaisons, Innovation Academy. Team located in Italy, China, US.

    Challenges: Drive the newly formed “innovation hub” unit, with the mission to nurture company ecosystems with new technologies, business opportunities and collaborative models.

    Responsibility: Head of Open Innovation of the company, at global level, with the responsibility to identify new innovative external business opportunities and promote them to internal stakeholders. Team located in Italy, China, US.

    Challenges: Create new alliances with external partners - in industrial, academic and financial areas - to capture new external innovative solutions.

    Responsibility: Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of existing products in terms of cost reduction & quality improvement and provide technical support to the factory on short-term product-related problems. Production Site and Team in Italy.

    Challenge: Reach taught targets of cost reduction and quality improvement, supporting Electrolux during the economical crisis timeframe.

    Freestanding Cooker Platform Manager – Product Development Food Preparation Europe

    Responsibility: Bring in production all new finished products guaranteeing quality, cost and time to market. Production Sites in Italy, Poland, Switzerland. Team located in Italy.

    Challenge: Support the transfer of FS-Cooker platform from Italy to Poland.

    1 year experience in Poland to support the creation of the new production site.
