Qualifications: Degree in Business and Economics at University of Bologna. Member of the Association of Chartered Accountants in Forlì and enrolled in the National Register of Auditors.
Member of the Journalists Association of Bologna, author of several technical publications on business specialized newspapers.
Areas of practice: business evaluation, M&A, auditing, company crisis solutions. Luca gained experience in in a "Big4" auditing company and in one of the most important Italian in Tax Law in accounting firm in Milan.
