Program Manager and Business Developer with experience at large size companies operating in Innovative Business, Information Technology and Strategy Consulting. He has gained strong consulting experiences driving large implementations in complex environments, creating culture for project management at several world class customers.

He’s Program Director for the Bologna Business School where he’s teaching topics related to project management, risk management and change management.

He’s also Contract professor of Management Control Systems at the University of Bologna, Department of Economics, Forlì Campus.

He’s active on Change Management Initiatives and has developed an original diagnostic tool for the assessment of Change Readiness.

He’s been speaker at several international conferences on topics related to Project Management.
