Currently, he is a PhD student in Cultural Heritage. He's studying the relationship between the State and society, with a focus on state-building processes. His PhD project examines film censorship in Republican Italy. His supervisor is Alberto Malfitano and his cosupervisor is Raffaella Biscioni. He graduated in History and Cultural Heritage in Siena in 2021, and completed his Master’s degree in History in Bologna in 2024.
