Freelance engineer collaborating with an engineering office specialized in energy systems and thermomechanical plants. Currently focusing primarily on Energy Communities and serving as a technical member of the "Energy Communities - NRRP" working group of the Province of Ferrara, representing the Order of Engineers and Rete Professioni Ferrara (network of technical-economic professional Orders of the Province).
Engineer registered at the Order of Engineers of the Province of Ferrara, No. 41, Section B, Industrial Sector and Accredited Energy Auditor.
Education
Five-year Collegio Superiore Diploma (Technical-Scientific Ordinary Course), obtained on 29/05/2024, by defending a final paper in Applied Economics titled “Politiche industriali e transizione energetica: uno sguardo al PNRR italiano e alle scelte del RePowerEU” (Industrial Policies and Energy Transition: An Overview of the Italian NRRP and the Choices of RePowerEU), supervised by Prof. Marco R. Di Tommaso (Average grade: 29.9/30; Final paper defense grade: 30 cum laude).
Pursuant to Ministerial Decree No. 1093 of 23/09/2021, the five-year Collegio Superiore Diploma is equivalent to a Second-level Master's Degree (EQF 8). Throughout the five-year program, supervised by Prof. Alessandro Macchelli, tutor of the Collegio Superiore.
Master’s Degree in Management Engineering (sustainable supply chain track) obtained from the University of Bologna on 18/03/2024, with a grade of 110/110 cum laude. Thesis in Political Economy of Industry and Development titled "La lettura del PNRR in una prospettiva di politica industriale e dell’innovazione: il caso dell’Emilia-Romagna" (An Analysis of the NRRP from an Industrial Innovation Policy Perspective: The Case of Emilia-Romagna). Supervisor: Prof. Marco R. Di Tommaso; Co-supervisor: Prof. Rosa Grimaldi.
He also completed the ANCI international programme IMAGO I – International course in MAnagement and GOvernance, organized by PUBLICA – ANCI School for Young Administrators in collaboration with Erasmus University Rotterdam, SciencesPo Paris and UPC Barcelona, with a focus on urban governance and innovation, urban strategy and urban management.
He also completed ForsAM X – Specialized Training Course in Municipal Administration, promoted by PUBLICA – ANCI School for Young Administrators, with a focus on local finance, funding sources and instruments, local public services, and resource management and valorization. He passed the final assessments with honours and received a merit scholarship.

Other Academic Activities
Since 2026, he has served as President of the Alumni Association of the Collegio Superiore of the University of Bologna.
Member, representing the Collegio Superiore since the 2021/2022 academic year, of the Assembly of Representatives of RIASISSU - Rete Italiana degli Allievi delle Scuole e degli Istituti di Studi Superiori Universitari (Italian Students Network of Advanced Higher Education Schools and Institutes), where he served as National Coordinator for two consecutive terms until December 2023. Subsequently, in May 2024, he was appointed Honorary President of RIASISSU.
Member of the Scientific Council of the Collegio Superiore at the University of Bologna in the 2020/2021 academic year, as a representative of the Technical-Scientific Area Students.

Other Activities
Majority Leader and Municipal Councillor delegated to Energy Transition, overseeing the project for the establishment of a foundation for the management of renewable energy communities and energy services for the territory, at the Municipality of Codigoro (FE).
Member of the Youth Council of “Il Cortile dei Gentili”, a body of the Dicastery for Culture and Education of the Holy See, established to promote dialogue and exchange between believers and non-believers, founded by H.Em. Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi and presided over by Prof. Giuliano Amato. Among the activities carried out as a member of that Council, he participated as an invited speaker at the Trento Festival of Economics 2026, during the opening panel of the first day, held at the Teatro Sociale in Trento.
