Short Bio

Lorenzo Greco is a Ph.D. student in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, and Information Technologies at the Department of Electrical, Electronic, and Information Engineering “Guglielmo Marconi” at the University of Bologna. His research is conducted in collaboration with STMicroelectronics within the joint laboratory ST-ARCES (Advanced Research Center on Electronic Systems). He studied at the University of Bologna from 2018 to 2024 and obtained a first-class honours Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering in 2024. His main interests lie in integrated circuit design, with a particular focus on analog circuits. His current research activity focuses on Analog In-Memory Computing (AIMC) using Phase-Change Memory (PCM). Go to the Curriculum vitae
