Lorenzo Cello is Adjunct Professor at the University of Bologna since 2021, where he teaches International Relations. Since 2013 he has carried out research and teaching activities in the area of international relations theory and the history of political thought at the Univeristy of Queensland (UQ), where he obtains a PhD in Political Science (2017) and the title of Honorary Research Fellow (2021) from the UQ School of Political Science and International Studies.
Lorenzo Cello has presented his research in international seminars and conferences, among which the 2019 Third Annual Conference of the Cambridge IR/History Working Group and the 2018 Annual Convention of the International Studies Association (ISA). His articles have been published in Review of International Studies, Global Intellectual History and Cambridge Review of International Affairs. He is currently working on the publication of a monography on Jeremy Bentham's international thought.
