“Public communication and Digital Agenda” adjunct professor at the Uniiversity of Bologna. Founder of Iperbole Civic Network www.comune.bologna.it and former Head of Bologna Digital Agenda. Consulting, teaching and implementing activities for “civic networks,” portals, e-gov, e-inclusion, “smart cities” initiatives for organisations, at academic level too. Senior experience in EU and national co-founded projects on digital services and strategies for PAs. Papers, essays and articles on civic media and multichannel communication for the development of territories. Speaker at national and international conferences, and at Universities/Research Centres (MEDIALAB-MIT, IPTS-Seville, OCDE,..) on digital innovation, community and e-divides, with focus on gender ICT gap. Chairperson of italian “Public and Institutional Communication” Association. Acting President of  the "Foundation for Urban Innovation-Bologna". Expert member of french Association "Villes-Internet" (www.villes-internet.net/ ). Expert in the working group for White Paper on Communication in the Digital tranformation processes of Economic Development Ministry. Expert in working group "Networks and services" of AGCOM National Council of Users.  Co-founder of Think Thank Period  for data feminism www.thinktankperiod.org. Current topics of study and projects: ICT for smart, gender balances and sustainable communities , digital rights and commons.
