He holds a Master's degree in Marine Biotechnology, specializing in Aquaculture Biotechnology, and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology. He has gained extensive international academic and research experience, in Indonesia, Taiwan, Spain, France, Norway, Greece, Denmark, and Italy.
